Fukushima Electric Power was established in May 2013 and promotes the introduction of renewable energy with funding from Fukushima Prefecture, local towns and cities, private companies, and financial institutions.
Along with operating and managing solar power generating stations, we spread public awareness about renewable energy by receiving operational evaluations of solar power generation systems in cooperation with AIST, conducting tours  and hands-on learning at the Fukushima Airport and solar power stations in Okuma Town, holding seminars about maintenance methods for solar power stations, and working in human resource development by offering training workshops about renewable energy.
