Fukushima Prefectural Government and EnergyAgency.FUKUSHIMA (EA.F) conducted the Fukushima Prefectural Government Invitation Program along with the 11th FUKUSHIMA Renewable Energy Industrial Fair (REIF Fukushima 2022) & FUKUSHIMA ZERO CARBON DAY! 2022. The trade fair was held from Thursday October 13 to Saturday October 15 at Big Palette FUKUSHIMA located in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture. Joint Declaration of Intent (JDI) between EnergyAgency.FUKUSHIMA and NRW.Energy4Climate (Germany) in the field of Renewable Energy 12.07.2022 EnegyAgency.FUKUSHIMA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with EnergyAgency.NRW, which was a support organization of industry in the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) in November 2017, and has promoted mutual economic exchange through various projects. This was realized following a conclusion of MoU between Fukushima Prefecture and the State of NRW, Germany. Due to organizational restructuring of the industrial support organization in NRW, EnergyAgency.NRW was dissolved, and a new state-run organization NRW.Energy4Climate was established. Fukushima – Denmark seminar: “Leading a Green Energy Transition” took place on the 21st of April 2021 jointly organized by Fukushima Prefecture, EnergyAgency.FUKUSHIMA (EA.F), the Royal Danish Embassy and State of Green (SoG). Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between State of Green and EnergyAgency.FUKUSHIMA report

EnergyAgency.FUKUSHIMA (EA.F) signed an MoU with State of Green (SoG) in 2019 for the first time and since then both organizations have promoted collaboration in renewable energy related technology in many fields. For the renewal of the MoU, an online signing ceremony was carried out on the 21st of April, 2021. Renewal of Cooperation Agreement between Energy Agency Fukushima and Energy Agency NRW

Energy Agency Fukushima signed the first Cooperation Agreement with Energy Agency NRW in 2014 to allow for joint collaboration in the fields of biomass, wind, solar energy and hydrogen exploration. Summary of the 9th Fukushima Renewable Energy Industrial Fair

REIF Fukushima 2020, the biggest trade fair in Tohoku region kicked off! REIF2020 took place at Big Palette, Koriyama City on October 28 and 29, 2020. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, overseas companies on the invitation program participated in REIF2020 online. Amid such a situation, REIF2020 made a fantastic success, gathering 192 exhibitors and 5,347 visitors. REIF2020 NRW ONLINE MATCHMAKING REPORT

Online business matchmaking with NRW companies from Germany catching eyes! At REIF2020, business matchmaking between NRW companies and Fukushima-based renewable companies took place. This year, at the NRW pavilion, seven companies including 4 companies participating online and 3 from Japanese subsidiaries and a partner company participating onsite set up their booths out of concern for Covid-19 outbreak.  Since this was the first-ever attempt, anticipations and worries crisscrossed. In spite of that, the number of Japanese companies was unexpectedly high and the matching site was filled with excitement and positive involvement by Fukushima companies.
